Cristiano was born and raised in Rome, on a steady diet of movies, football, books, design, arts, architecture, comics, wine, churches, philosophy, food, fashion, beer, Coca-Cola, family dramas, and imagination. I still use them to make brands more relevant, famous, loved, and googled. (Yes, he loves listing things).

He started as a copywriter at JWT in Rome and Milan on the team led by Bruno Bertelli. After 10 years, he joined Leo Burnett Milan as Creative Director, constantly participating in the network’s global committee for creative excellence and in direct contact with Mark Tutssel. After almost three years, he moved to Dubai to join Publicis MEA, Dentsu MENA, and Ogilvy. The last two years have been spent in Ogilvy Singapore, and he recently came back to Dubai.

He developed campaigns for many global brands, led the Italian new wave of non-traditional creatives, and was included in the top 5 creatives worldwide by AdAge, GunnReport/WARC, and Cannes Lions Creative Rankings.

His work has been constantly awarded in every major international creative and effectiveness show in almost all categories, with 180+ accolades. Cannes Gold Lions, Grand and Gold Clios, D&AD pencils, OneShow pencils, London International, Grand Prix at Eurobest, ADCE, ADCI, and many other festivals like Andy, Spikes Asia, Dubai Lynx, Epica, MadStar, Effie, etc. He considers that his most meaningful ideas are a bike invented for Samsung and archived in MOMA in NYC, a new cream for transgender women in Thailand, and a beautiful seven-year-old Italian daughter born and raised in Dubai.

Tay Guan Hin is the Creative Chairman of BBDO Singapore and the Founder of TGH Collective. He has extensive experience in leading creative teams at major global agencies such as JWT, Grey, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Leo Burnett. Known for his expertise in digital and innovative engagement, Tay has worked with brands like Visa, Shell, and Unilever to enhance their market share and solve business challenges. He has also served as the first Asian Cannes Lion Jury President and is a prominent keynote speaker and jury member at various international advertising festivals​.

Karpat Polat

Polat started his advertising career as a copywriter in 1998 and shortly thereafter brought home Turkey’s first ever Cannes Lions. Looking for further challenges Karpat was attracted to the dynamic Brazilian creative scene and joined legendary ad agency DM9DDB in Sao Paulo in 2004. At DM9DDB he became one of the most awarded creatives, contributing to its Global Cyber Agency of The Year at Cannes 2005. In 2006, he was called back to Istanbul to lead the newly-established DDB office, DDB&Co Istanbul. Starting in an empty office with one employee he turned the company into a power house, attracting blue chip clients, winning awards and bringing global attention to Turkish Advertising. In 2009 DDB&Co. Istanbul ranked third in the Agency of The Year listings at Cannes Lions and Polat became one of the top five most-awarded creative directors globally. In 2010 the agency again became one of the most globally awarded agencies at Cannes Lions and Karpat held his rank among top creative directors of the world. To date, Karpat Polat has won multiple awards at Cannes for 53 different pieces of work, including the first Lion and first ever Gold Lion for Turkey, and was nominated more than 100 times as a finalist.
